Application Format

To apply, applicants should fill in the Application Form which includes:

• Name of the Author(s), Affiliation
• Title for your Story of Pedagogical Experience
• Date and Duration
• Location
• Abstract (500 words)
• Abstract (500 words) in .doc or .docx format
• Short bio (up to 150 words)
• Up to 3 references to other works that have inspired your pedagogical/critical approach
• A summary of the pedagogical experience for a short introduction (50 words)
• Keywords (up to 5)
• Images that document the pedagogical experience (up to 5 images, 300dpi), in .jpeg format

Language

Abstracts should be written in English. The workshop will be conducted in English.

Double-blind peer-to-peer review

Abstract acceptance will be subject to double-blind peer-to-peer reviews. Participants are invited to volunteer as referees, in order to start the exchange from the beginning.

Notification of acceptance

Notification of acceptance will be send to e-mails of applicants. After the notification of acceptance, organisers will invite participants to start responding to each other’s abstracts, in hope of a genuine communication process.
